Liz and her amazing team arrived at our home in Bragg Creek to complete our scheduled move out cleaning list.  The results were beyond amazing!!!!  This was a very large house with 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, nanny suite above the 3 car garage, large basement suite with kitchenette and alot of wood flooring and carpeting with several staircases throughout the home.  There are multiple windows with Hunter Douglas wood blinds.  To say the least this was a HUGE job. Liz and her team did exactly as they claim by making everything sparkle and shine.  They completed all of the cleaning in record time  before the management company completed our walk through and the new tenants took possession.  I can’t thank you enough Liz for the wonderful job you did that saved us time, money and the pain that our bodies would have been in if we had tried to do this ourselves. Hired Liz to do a deep clean of our newly purchased home. I am sad to say we were honestly disappointed in the clean. I was not going to leave a review until I moved our washing machine today. For the clean, we specified wanted our toilet seats removed and behind our appliances cleaned. The day of, we asked that the dishwasher and oven not be moved as our floors were just refinished, but still wanted the washer and dryer to be moved and cleaned thoroughly behind and inside. The toilet seats were not removed and the toilets were not properly cleaned. The dishwasher filter was not cleaned and there was pink mold throughout. The washing machine dispenser was cleaned, but the lip of the front loader was full of black mold. A lot could be said about the previous owners, but I was disappointed that this was not cleaned with the hired service. We are now remodelling our floors and we moved the washer and dryer. Liz and her team came to deep clean our house, with a special focus on the bathroom and kitchen. Some of the areas I conisdered stained for good. We live in an old house, and it was my experience no amount of elbow grease would ever get our bathroom tub back to white. The weekend before Liz came, I spent no less than 2 hours scrubbing the tub with everything from bleach to CLR. Liz came and our tub and cupboards are back to white. How is commercial cleaning priced?

Commercial Cleaning pricing is based off of the size and type of space being cleaned along with the frequency of cleaning required.  Other factors affecting price are the type of flooring (carpet vs hard surface) number of washrooms, if there is a kitchen and volume of people that go through the space.  For example cleaning a large Gym on a daily basis will cost more than once per week cleaning of an office.

How is residencial cleaning priced?

Residential cleaning rates are based on type clean requested/required and square footage of the property.  Different types of residential cleaning would be: regular Maid Services, Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and Move In/Move out Cleaning.   It will also cost less to clean an apartment vs a small home and more to clean a large house.

How long does it take to clean a typical house?

The amount of time is most affected by the type of cleaning and the size of the property.  Cleaning times flow from least amount of time to the most as follows: regular maids services, standard clea, deep clean, move out clean. Typical standard clean takes around 3-4hours total, with a crew of two running time is half of that, for each of the clean we provide a check list for you to review and any additional requests can be easily accommodate, this cleans are not based on time and rather completion of the list to ensure a client is happy with the results. 

How often should I have my residence cleaned?

As a general rule, we suggest that you are regularly cleaning up and tidying up after yourself.  If you don’t have the time to clean your home yourself.  Our most popular frequency with clients is bi-weekly, however we are happy to customize your needs as needed. We offer anything from weekly, bi weekly, every three weeks and monthly service. If you clean your home regularly we would recommend hiring a cleaning company for a  Deep Cleaning service on a quarterly basis.  If you are moving out of or into a new property we highly recommend booking in for a Move In/Move Out cleaning service.

Are you insured and do you have business license?

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed. Royal Professional Cleaning Services is a legally registered company in Calgary, and we carry full Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance and Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) coverage.
